For a show about women, there sure is a lot of talk about everyone’s man. This trip does not pass the Bechdel Test! Of course, Peter Thomas of “stay out of women business” fame (thank you NeNe!) is helping to stir the pot. Not content to cause problems in Cynthia Bailey’s life, he wants to make both Mia and Wendy’s lives worse for having known him.
Mia has planned a night out at Bar One and Peter makes sure to mention that he is having beef with Wendy over an African restaurant they are considering partnering on. Once they all get to Bar One however, Peter and Wendy are cool but Mia throws a drink in Wendy’s face and then has to be restrained so violently that she breaks several nails.
Wendy retreats to a hotel, Mia heads to the nail salon, and Karen licks her wounds over her forgotten 59th birthday celebration.
